This course introduces students to some of the basic tools in Project 2000 that allow them to become more efficient project managers. Students will briefly explore the basics of project management, learn how to set a project's start date, work with task relationships, and examine various task types. Students will also learn how to set deadlines, allocate resources, and set project baselines. In addition, students will learn how to enter cost information, including variable and fixed costs, and costs per use. ONLINE COURSE
