Supports secondary education students with majors/minors in biology, chemistry, geoligical sciences, physics, math, computer science and health in developing subject-specific pedagogical content knowledge through the exploration of professional and theoretical literature, projects and teaching experiences. applications of learning community theory, multicultural and interdisciplinary curricula, educational and social equity, and educational technology as they relate to teaching in the sciences. Inquiry-oriented and field-based. Prerequisite: EDUC 225.
