(Continuation of MUSC-260) Continuation of Written Theory I, all types of 7th chords, modulation to closely related keys, modes, style periods, basic compositional procedures, and study of American pop- ular music. A continuation of Keyboard I with the addition of simple harmonic progressions, left-hand chord patterns, chord inversions, arpeggios, harmonization of simple melodies and all minor scales. Continuation of Aural Theory I, modes, compound intervals melodic dictation involving these items, simple harmonic dictation dominant sevenths, diminished sevenths.
