Description:
Attention is given to the introduction of basic sign language vocabulary. More than 600 signs are introduced and made into conversations enabling students to express basic sentences used in conversational sign language. Proper form, hand positioning, speed, and accuracy are emphasized. Students will also spend 2 hours per week in a lab setting practicing and demonstrating skills learned.
