Description:
This course is both a seminar and a field experience which requires 135 contact hours in a legal office setting. In the field experience, the student will be supervised by West Virginia Northern faculty and agency professionals. In order to register for the course, the student is responsible to submit a resume and apply to the agency. The student is responsible for fulfilling all agency requirements and is expected to observe all aspects of ethical behavior to successfully complete the course. In the seminar, students will be given the ALS examination at the end of the Spring Semester.
