Many people believe that accidents just happen. How can you foresee them? How can you protect your employees from injuries and illness? What are the economic advantages of having a healthy and safe workplace? Why is documentation important? What kinds of records will help to establish an active OSHA program? This course will answer the most frequently asked questions about OSHA recordkeeping and training. It will show you how to reduce the financial burden of accidents and injuries, how to determine the cause of unsafe acts or conditions that contribute to an accident or injury, and how to develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence of similar accidents or injuries. It will also enable you to provide your employees with adequate instruction, training, supervision, and discipline to work safely and effectively.
