Fortunately, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration continues to try to reduce these numbers. To understand how you can help to reduce injury and death in the workplace, you must be familiar with the development of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the General Industry Health and Safety Standards in place to protect workers, and how you can comply with these standards. After taking this course, you will be well on your way to improving safety and health in your workplace.
