Description:

The course focus will be upgrading a personal computer (pc) to support the digital video features. Students will assist in planning and building a competent video workstation. Ethernet networking, cables networking, wireless B and G networking, and the equipment needed for such networks. Access points, routers, and adaptors will be covered. The use of bluetooth for PDA's and laptops will be demonstrated. The last two weeks of the course are available for personal troubleshooting examples and students are permitted to bring in their equipment.
