There is no way to avoid having stress in one's life, but there are techniques for combatting it. Are you your own worst enemy when it comes to stress? This course, the fourth in the series Achieving Balance in Your Professional and Personal Life, will help you discover ways to manage self-induced stress. Perhaps it is your work that makes you feel pressured. You will explore ways to anticipate for stressful situations in order to reduce their distruptions in your life. Sometimes it is just our own negative thinking that creates anxiety in our lives. In this course, you will employ time-tested methods of turning these impediments around. By the time you are finished integrating these lessons, you will have the tools to keep stress in check.
