To see to today's more safety-conscious consumers, real estate agents must be able to recognize hidden environmental hazards and advise their clients about how to deal with hazardous conditions. This course teaches agents what to look for when evaluating a property, how to perform "due diligence" regarding environmental issues, and how to avoid legal liability.
