This course covers the following topics: water faucets, commodes, tubs, showers, kitchen sinks, clean-outs, water shutoffs, drain lines, P-traps, copper-, galvanized-, black- and plastic pipe, locating and repairing leaks. Safety is stressed throughout the course. Students will learn issues concerning liability, testing, and become familiar with the BOCA codes. Lab and "hands-on" sessions are featured.
