This course includes the following topics: repair and replace window/doors, patch and replace drywall, patch and replace ceramic tile, locate and repair roof leaks, strip and refurbish tile floors. Students will learn how to safely use the care for hand, portable and stationary power tools. Safety is heavily stressed throughout the course. Lab work is applicable to the above.
