Taking a macro approach and then relating it back to an application, an attempts to explain the "why" behind accounting, in addition to the procedural methods. The underlying theory and application of business combinations, consolidates financial statements, foreign currency transactions, partnerships, and accounting fior fund and non-profit organizations.
