This course is a study of the biological, psychological, and psychosocial bases and manifestations of human sexual behavior. Topics include sex in history, theory and research in sexuality, anatomy and physiology of sex, sex in the context of human relationships, gender development and identity, sexuality and the lifecycle, pregnancy and childbirth, sexual dysfunctions and disease, sexual deviancy, and sex in society. Prerequisites: PSY 1410 and documented eligibility for collegiate English.
