Prerequisite: ITCS 1810, ITCS 2010, ITDB 1430 or ITIS 1530, ITIS 1025, ITIS 1510, ITIS 1520, ITIS 2510; or permission of instructor This course serves as a capstone to the User Support Specialist Major by providing students with practical experience that integrates previously studied skills and concepts. Students will use application software to design, create, implement, document, and present automated programs to enhance a business information system. Students will also apply computer support knowledge and skills in a practical environment. (8 contact hours: 2 lecture, 6 lab)
