Prerequisite: ITIS 1000 or ITIS 1005 or permission of instructor This course provides a comprehensive study of dynamic, electronic forms in a Microsoft Windows environment. Students will design, create, and edit InfoPath forms; interface forms with business data collected and delivered to an XML (Extensible Markup Language) compatible database; and publish to the Internet with XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language). The course also includes the advanced topics of creating and using data source templates, script editing, and binding data to back-end systems for line of business (LOB) applications. (3 contact hours: 1 lecture, 2 lab)
