Prerequisites: ENGL 1120 or ENGL 1121, SPCH 1000 or SPCH 1100, completion of at least 40 additional credits towards an AA or AS Degree This course promotes the development of knowledge, intellectual flexibility, and ethical awareness necessary to balance individual needs with social commitments in an interdependent, multicultural world. It will serve students in the Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degree programs as a culminating experience by integrating and enhancing previously developed knowledge and skills. Students will participate as team members in addressing an actual problem confronted within a service-based organization and must complete fieldwork for this course. (3 contact hours)
