RGTR 0198 - Regents Reading Skills The Regents' Reading Skills course is intended to ensure that all graduates of USG institutions possess certain minimum skills in reading. Students learn to evaluate their own reading strengths and weaknesses and work on improving their reading skills so that they are able to read well enough to meet the Regents' criteria. Instruction for this course will vary, depending on the need of the student.
