Description:
This course is the second session designed for the student who connot fulfill the physical education graduation requirements in any other physical education class because of a physical or medical disability. The student will research his/her physical disability and will continue to implement an individual fitness program to meet his/her needs. The student will also receive information on sound nutrition and how to implement a food diary designed to track and enhance their food choices. Emphasis will be placed on wellness so that the student can continue to enhance their fitness knowledge. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Individual Physical Education I (PHED 1710) and Approval of the Instructor. 0-2-1
