Description:
Students will be introduced to the recreational sport of disc golf. Disc Golf is played like traditional golf. Instead of using a ball and clubs, players throw a flying disc or Frisbee. The students will be taught the fundamentals of disc golf, throwing a disc toward an elevated target, called a Pole Hole. Sufficient skill practice will be developed in order for the student to Participate successfully in this recreational sport. This class is for everyone, at any age, at every level of fitness. The Class will be held at the CGCC campus; outside on the disc golf course.
