Description:

Strongly recommended: READ 099 if required by reading placement exam or if required by reading level. The practice and study of the fundamental techniques required in acting before the camera in film and television in contrast to the variance from stage work. Students will address areas of voice and movement for the camera; blocking; memorization and audition techniques along with the introduction of quality head shots and resumes. This course may be taken four times. 54 lecture hours, 36 lab hours arranged.
