Designed for expectant women and their partners, the course includes material on the importance of the excellent prenatal care and its relationship to a safe, satisfying and joyful birth. Couple will learn the exercises and techniques to increase the comfort of natural childbirth delivery through relaxation and natural breathing. Couples work as a team utilizing the natural childbirth methods.
