Cross Training for Advance Fitness is an intensive conditioning course using multiple training approaches to achieve a high level of personal fitness. The emphasis will be on improving personal fitness at a high level in the areas of cycling, running, swimming, circuit weight training and incorporate a variety of training methods to ensure a smooth and progressive development of individual's cardiovascular fitness.
