The course is designed to teach basic skills, techniques, and practical application of World Dance including styles in Spanish, Gypsy and East Indian. The course will also provide exercise and toning, expose students to diversity in art and culture through the study of traditional forms of ethnic dance, provide students with skills to choreograph and perform Danse Orientale and will expose students to costume and jewelry design.
