Offered: Sp. Physical therapy rehabilitation principles for patients following amputation, total hip and knee surgery, and spinal cord injury with emphasis on therapeutic exericse. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in rehabilitation. Physical therapy interventions in patients with chronic illness, the elderly, and dying. One hour lecture, two hours lab. To be taken concurrently with PTA260 and PTA285. Prerequisites: PTA240 and PTA255.
