Offered: F. Introduction to basic knowledge and skills of popular adventure activities, such as shooting sports, angling, backpacking, orienteering, rock climbing, canoeing, and wilderness living. Emphasizes attitudes, skills, environmental awareness, safety, teaching methodology, and principles of group leadership as they relate to adventure activities. Field trips may be required. One hour lecture, two hours lab.
