Offered: F. A series of lessons designed to enable students to make informed career decisions as they prepare for commissioning and service as Second Lieutenants. Classes concentrate on Army operations and training management, and communications and leadership skills, which support the final transition from cadet/student to Lieutenant/leader. Subjects include: The Army Training Management System, coordinating activities with staffs, and counseling skills. At the end of this semester, students should possess the fundamental skills, attributes and abilities to operate as a competent leader in the cadet battalion. To be taken concurrently with MIL402.
