Offered: Sp. Continues the focus from MIL 316 on doctrinal leadership and tactical operations at the small unit level. Instructional modules include: Army branches, Army leadership philosophy, dynamics of a group environment, oral and written presentation skills, culminating in instruction in national and Army values and ethics. This critical semester synthesizes the various components of training, leadership and team building. To be taken concurrently with MIL312. Prerequisite: MIL316.
