This class provides experiential opportunities for students to develop skills, knowledge, and character that empowers them to become effective leaders. This course presents a variety of challenges to the participants, many that require group cooperation and problem solving skills that develop trust, support, and the belief in self. Field trips, including hiking, canoeing, and camping overnight are an integral part of the class.
