Offered: Su (even-numbered years). This course concentrates on the identification, systematics, ecology, and natural history of native plants in forests, prairies, wetlands, and successional habitats in northwest Missouri. Field experiences, lectures and discussions are integrated throughout the course. (In order to take advantage of unique field opportunities, BIO351 begins in late April and finishes in late June.) Prerequisite: BIO225.
