Technology is a part of the classroom today in many ways and must be integrated into the curriculum for effective use. Technology can assist student-centered learning in an environment that includes thematic units and cooperative learning. Technology will be effective in the schools when teachers are presented with models of appropriate use in the restructured classroom and are able to integrate technology into the elementary curriculum.
