Description:
Internship in the classroom under supervision of UIS faculty and cooperating master teacher. Prospective teachers are required to keep a journal of their experiences, demonstrate evidence of their preparedness to teach, and attend scheduled seminars. Course Information: Prerequisite: Admission to the program, sucessful completion of all required TEP course work, successful completion of all content area course work, and concurrent enrollment in TEP 448. This course fulfills an Engaged Citizenship Common Experience requirement at UIS in the area of Engagement Experience. Teacher Certification course.
