Analyzes the structures of economics, geography, world history, U.S. history, anthropology, sociology, and political science as they relate to the secondary social studies curriculum. Materials and methods of instruction in the various social sciences and history are examined. Course requires a 40 hour pre-clinical field experience provided at a clinical site selected by the Department. Offered fall semester only. Course Information: Prerequisites: Admission to the Teacher Education Program and successful completion of TEP 201, TEP 305, TEP 223, and TEP 227. Teacher Certificate course.
