Description:

Surveys major methods of teaching reading and language arts in the elementary classroom. Introduces a variety of methods, techniques, and tools for instruction. 30 hour pre-clinical field experience provided at a clinical site selected by the Department. Course Information: Prerequisites: Admission to the Teacher Education Program and successful completion of TEP 201, TEP 305, TEP 222 (or PSY 322), TEP 227 (or PSY 327), and TEP 322. Teacher Certification course.
