Covers topics such as project integration, scope, time, cost, quality control, risk management, and earned value management. Students will be exposed to knowledge base needed for Project Management certification. Course Information: Prerequisite: BUS 322, or equivalent, or permission of instructor. Open to non-MIS majors.
