Through politics, people make decisions and choices about values and interests to be preferred or denied. This concept will be brought to bear on the roles of local prosecutors, state attorneys general, and Department of Justice officials. As executive-bureaucratic decision-makers, they may exercise greater power, in the aggregate, than does the judiciary. Course Information: Same as CRJ 455 and PSC 455.
