Topics include sample spaces, probability measures, discrete and continuous random variables, sums of independent random variables, law of large numbers, and the Central Limit Theorem. Markov chain models and their applications in the social and natural sciences are included. Prerequisites: MTSC 251, MTSC 313 with a "C" or better.Credit, three hours.
