Fundamentals in the production of vegetable crops. Scientific principles of plant growth will be applied to vegetable production practices. Adaptation and breeding will be included. Production systems and soil interactions will be studied. Two (2) lectures and one (1) two-hour laboratory period per week.Prerequisites: AGRI 219.Credit, three hours.
