Poultry production with emphasis on integrated broiler operations on the Delmarva Peninsula. Strains, housing, equipment, nutrition, and disease control will be discussed. Embryology and table egg production will also be addressed. Two (2) lectures and one (1) two-hour laboratory. Prerequisites: BIOL 101, BIOL 102.Credit, three hours.
