COMP 110 with an earned grade of ā€˜C’ or betterThis course is the second semester of a 6-credit, two-semester course designed to continue developing fundamental reading, thinking, and writing skills. Emphasis is on the continued development of critical and analytical reading skills, pre-writing, writing and revising skills, with an introduction to writing with sources and and introduction to APA. Students engage in writing tutorials, study grammar, practice writing on demand, study models of good writing and write short essays on a variety of topical subjects.
