Prerequisite: Restricted to Athletic Training and Physical Education majors This course consists of a systematic study of the procedures used to teach aerobics and group exercise. Upon completion of this course students will have the option to sit for a group exercise/aerobics certification. One-hour lecture and two hours of laboratory periods will be conducted weekly over the entire semester.
