Principles and practical applications of laboratory methods based on both traditional serological methods and molecular methods for detection and confirmation of disease. Prerequisite- Corequisite Prerequisite: CLT 216 Immunology (or concurrently), BIO 131 Human Biology I and BIO 132 Human Biology II.
