Focus on soft skills; topics include: defining personal direction, discovering personal and professional strengths, setting and achieving goals, handling stress and anger, understanding self-esteem, handling criticism, becoming a positive thinker, and taking appropriate control of personal and professional situations, disciplining thinking, learning to think critically, understanding the power of motivation, overcoming the fear of failure, defining and visualizing success, managing resources (time and money), and communicating assertively with all individuals.
