Description:

A practical work experience program on the staff of a mass media outlet. Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, Department Chairperson, and student's major advisor must approve program prior to semester of internship. Application must be submitted to the Director of Internships at least 30 days prior to semester of internship. Open to upper division students with previous course credit in journalism. Selection of interns based upon availability of work positions and the qualifications of the applicants.
