Deals with appraisal theory, basic principles affecting value of real property; data accumulation and analysis of city, neighborhood, site, and property; applied techniques and estimating value from 3 approaches; building analysis, depreciation; entire range of appraisal process; and preparation based on field experience of preparing single-family residential appraisal report. Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts. Note: Effective Summer Quarter 2010-11 (June 2011) any non-repeatable course may be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
