Emphasis on topics that apply both to liquidations and reorganizations under the Bankruptcy Code, including involuntary bankruptcy, claims resolution, scope of bankruptcy discharge, executory contracts, trustee's avoidance powers and distribution. In addition, the individual's right to a "fresh start" will be examined.
