Assessment and treatment. Includes theoretical and experiential components. Overview of the role of Speech-Language Pathologist in the hospital setting including learning how to read medical charts, basic insurance information, understanding other disciplines and how they affect the job and career of an SLP in the hospital, and medical terms/abbreviations.
