Community and Communication in Educational Leadership. Presents theories and frameworks concerning organizational, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication in educational and community contexts. Includes developing written and verbal skills for specific contexts, including strategic planning, evaluation, presentations, formal and informal texts, technology, crisis management, and public relations. Through research and practical application, enhances communication skills needed for creating inclusive systems and positive results for all stake-holders.
