Structured and supervised reading program for MA candidates preparing for comprehensive examinations. Should be taken after completion of all other requirements for the degree. Credit given upon successful completion of comprehensive examinations. Examining committee determines the number of units to be credited. Note: Open to students who have been advanced to candidacy and have secured permission of the chair of their examining committee and the Graduate Coordinator. Prerequisite: Must be advanced to candidacy. Graded: Credit / No Credit. Units: 1.0 - 3.0.
