Prerequisites: NUR 621, 622 Application, development and evaluation of theoretical, research and evidence-based interventions in various clinical settings for populations of persons with chronic illness. The role of the nurse as a team leader and as an interdisciplinary team member in models of illness management will be explored. Historical, political, developmental and contextual factors that influence models of care will highlight course content.
